Bobby Dove, the Canadian singer-songwriter, is quickly becoming a magnetic presence in the world of Country and Americana music. With a voice as powerful as their storytelling, this trans/non-binary troubadour pays tribute to the golden age of honky tonk, while crafting original, emotionally charged songs that “blend genres with the touch of a master.” (Mary Gauthier)
Currently based in rural Manitoba, Bobby Dove is preparing to release a new full-length album in the spring of 2025, including a cowrite/duet with grammy winning songwriter, Jim Lauderdale.
$l33py_boy_bazinga (otherwise known as Jaxon Lalonde) thinks a lot about things and sometimes writes songs about them as well. He is the lead singer for Bluegrass band The Local Group and banjo player for Jake Vaadeland and The Sturgeon River Boys. His solo debut comes after many years of performing as a multi-instrumentalist in different musical outfits, recording, and touring across Canada and internationally. His original songs are semi-serious, semi-silly, caked in layers of irony and influenced by many things including folk, rock, hip-hop, hyperpop, the internet, science, nature, life on the road, and feelings that are sometimes hard to understand.
